Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement cleaning protocols that meet or exceed industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, floor care, and maintenance needs across all areas Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources while controlling costs Foster a positive team environment by providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to motivate staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to train, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively Familiarity with housekeeping management software or related tools is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff and guests alike Join us in creating memorable experiences through impeccable cleanliness!
