This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the hotel. Responsibilities Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house areas. Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are maintained. Manage department schedules, labor productivity, payroll, and operating expenses. Oversee inventory control, linen management, housekeeping supplies, and purchasing. Coordinate room readiness and maintenance needs with the Front Desk and Engineering teams. Maintain lost and found procedures and department records. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards. Foster a positive, service-focused culture that supports both guests and team members. Experience Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel environment. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Experience with scheduling, staffing, inventories, and productivity management. Knowledge of hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office. Spanish language skills are a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
