The Hampton Inn Biloxi are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensuring the successful completion of boards.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance and repair needs
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide training on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
