Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description: We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Supervising room attendants and cleaning staff, checking that rooms are cleaned to a high standard Drawing up a shift rotation for staff Hiring and training new employees Stocktaking and ordering cleaning equipment, linen and room supplies Checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work Managing budgets and controlling costs Making sure staff work to health and safety rules Helping room attendants clean rooms during busy times Deliver excellent customer service Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms Maintain equipment in good condition Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Check stocking levels of all consumables Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.

You need to have:

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y ordenar todas las áreas del hotel al estándar de limpieza en un periodo de tiempo dado Atención al cliente excelente Crear listas de tareas a diario y tener un control de los cuartos ya atendidos Mantener el equipamiento en buena condición Informar sobre cualquier falta, daño o cuestión de seguridad Tratar las quejas/peticiones razonables de los huéspedes e informar a otros cuando necesario Chequear el inventario de los consumibles Cumplir con las normas de la salud y la seguridad y actuar según las normativas de la empresa y de la ley Habilidades Experiencia en la limpieza Capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y motivada Servicial con la clientela Manejo del tiempo y las prioridades Profesionalismo, junto con atención al detalle y puntualidad Conocimiento del inglés
