Position:
The Housekeeping Inspector provides leadership and direction to the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional guest service. This role ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail are consistently maintained. The Housekeeping Manager plays a key role in maintaining all public spaces and accommodations, including the Village, Green O, and Glamping.

Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards. Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation. Maintain consistent communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met. Perform housekeeper duties as needed, particularly during periods of low occupancy or reduced staffing. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry. Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while delivering personalized hospitality. Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time. Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Display Paws Up Montana values and standards. Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members. Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment. Always maintain a clean and neat appearance. Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Looking for Team Members with:
Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment. Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment. Previous Front Desk experience is required. A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.
