Job Overview:
``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. If you have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, we encourage you to apply. ```Responsibilities:
```- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting ```
Skills:
```- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and procedures
- Experience in industrial cleaning techniques, including floor care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
