Company Overview StoneCreek Lodge is Missoula's finest hotel, offering 101 spacious suites along with a variety of amenities including a salt water pool & spa, complimentary fiber optic wifi, and an airport shuttle. As a locally owned establishment, we pride ourselves on providing comfortable clean rooms, and exceptional hospitality & service to our guests. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to manage our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel suites and common areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising, scheduling, inspecting, enforcing, cleaning, laundry, and other duties, as well as driving our shuttle to and from the airport. Must have a positive attitude and motivate your team. Your contributions will directly enhance the guest experience and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Lead & motivate a team of 2 to 10 people in a positive team environment. Assign daily tasks and special assignments to team. Inspect rooms that have been cleaned by housekeeping staff. When needed, perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Train new team members and existing team members. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest rooms as needed. Assist with washing, drying, folding, & storing hotel linens in a thorough, efficient manner when needed. Carpet shampooing. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a safe environment for guests. Ensure that the team is following procedures and policies. Drive shuttle van to and from the airport. Requirements Managerial and/or leadership experience is preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail. Must be reliable and have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated to stay on task. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required including pushing and pulling carts. Must have a valid driver's license.
