Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our housekeeping leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance across all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas Supervise, support, and monitor housekeeping staff in their daily tasks, reporting any discrepancies to housekeeping management Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet and exceed the resort's cleanliness and presentation standards Champion guest satisfaction by upholding product quality standards and responding promptly to guest needs Lead onboarding and ongoing training efforts, ensuring all staff complete development plans and are equipped to deliver exceptional service Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports strong communication between staff and management Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day housekeeping operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or resort housekeeping required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations effectively Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
