In this vital role, you will support the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of our property, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership skills will drive the housekeeping team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation management. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient team performance and high-quality service delivery. Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring timely completion. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance. Support training initiatives for staff on industrial cleaning techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures. Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping or custodial services. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Experience with sanitation standards and safety regulations relevant to hospitality or commercial environments. Background in laundry operations and housekeeper management preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations professionally and efficiently. Prior management or leadership experience in hospitality or related fields is highly desirable.
