Based on facility's needs (United States of America) Job Description We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! Supervise the resort housekeeping team to ensure successful daily operations. Provide excellent service and quality to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where guests can relax.
Responsibilities Housekeeping Supervisor Wage:
$16/hour Full-time position available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
Location:
Frye Regional Medical Center Responsibilities Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect Inspect and direct team members to ensure room readiness, cleaning quality, and guest service standards are met Interview, onboard, and train new housekeeping team members Manage schedules and delegate duties to ensure coverage Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices Provide friendly and kind service to all guests Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
Preferred:
Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare) Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
