Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Janitorial Manager, where you'll lead the cleaning and sanitation operations during nighttime hours to ensure a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee janitorial staff, implement sanitation protocols, and maintain high standards of cleanliness across commercial facilities. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive team performance, uphold safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to clients while managing all aspects of cleaning operations overnight. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the nightly janitorial team, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry standards. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, safety regulations, and sanitation practices specific to industrial and commercial environments. Monitor quality control standards by conducting inspections and addressing any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace. Experience Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services or custodial management within industrial or commercial settings. Extensive background in cleaning, sanitation, and safety regulations applicable to large-scale facilities. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, laundry services, hospitality standards, and housekeeping management. Experience managing cleaning & sanitation operations with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with management practices related to team supervision, management reporting, and operational planning. Prior janitorial or custodial experience combined with leadership skills in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
