Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of cleaning routines Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Enforce safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety practices Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness Address guest or client concerns promptly with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive experience Skills Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Strong staff supervision and team management capabilities with previous supervising experience Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Ability to lead teams in industrial cleaning environments with attention to detail and efficiency Experience with laundry operations and janitorial procedures is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your expertise will elevate cleanliness standards while leading a motivated team dedicated to excellence.
