Responsibilities Lead, hire, train, and schedule the housekeeping and laundry team Ensure rooms and public areas meet Marriott brand and quality standards Manage department budget, labor, and productivity Oversee inventory, par levels, and purchasing Run the deep cleaning and room maintenance programs Prepare for brand quality audits and follow up on guest feedback Requirements 3+ years of hotel housekeeping management experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Weekend availability required Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Pay $50,000+ per year, based on experience Apply today to join our team.
