Job Description

Executive Housekeeper Hampton by Hilton Hastings | Full-Time Salaried Position The Hampton Inn Hastings is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Hilton brand standards. This leadership position is responsible for training and developing team members, conducting inspections, managing inventories and supply ordering, controlling department expenses, and preparing the hotel for Hilton QA, AAA, owner, and other quality inspections. The ideal candidate will have hotel housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping team members Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met Manage monthly inventories, purchasing, and department supplies Maintain productivity, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction scores Prepare for Hilton QA, AAA, owner, and other property inspections Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance departments Recruit, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance
Qualifications:
Hotel housekeeping experience required Supervisory or management experience preferred Strong computer skills required Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest service Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
