Housekeeping Supervisor Hemingford Community Care Center in Hemingford, Nebraska is seeking a dependable, motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our environmental services team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Lead with Integrity. Empower People. Deliver Outcomes. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. Assist the Director of Maintenance with interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplining housekeeping staff as needed. Train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members to ensure high performance and quality standards. Monitor cleanliness throughout the facility and ensure housekeeping tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently. Maintain housekeeping supply inventory and order products as needed. Promote compliance with infection prevention, sanitation, and safety standards. Participate in facility leadership meetings and provide updates on departmental operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of commercial housekeeping experience required. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Reliable transportation to and from work.
