Supervise and support housekeeping staff, assign rooms and daily tasks, inspect completed rooms, and ensure timely room turnover. Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping team members. Create daily assignments and monitor staff productivity. Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality. Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for arriving guests on schedule. Maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory. Communicate room status and maintenance concerns with the front desk and management. Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally. Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Assist with scheduling, payroll, attendance, and performance management. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient housekeeping department. Lead by example and promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service.
