Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Housekeeping to lead and oversee our housekeeping operations with professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and environmental services management, with strong leadership and team supervision skills. The Director of Housekeeping will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation services throughout the facility, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare setting. Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, custodial operations, or a related field preferred. Training or experience in environmental control practices and procedures preferred but not required. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and team management skills. Ability to effectively oversee housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
