In this role, you help lead a frontline team to deliver a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, patients, and staff. You oversee daily work assignments, training, quality inspections, and adherence to infection control and safety standards. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you partner with facility leadership to enhance patient care, while accessing ongoing professional development and clear pathways for career growth. Responsibilities Assist in daily management of environmental services operations in a healthcare facility Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping and laundry staff Ensure compliance with healthcare, infection control, and safety standards Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and quality control inspections Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment Collaborate with facility leadership to support patient care goals Address resident, patient, and family concerns promptly and professionally Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Contribute to continuous improvement and staff development initiatives Required Skills Environmental services management Healthcare cleaning standards Infection control protocols Staff scheduling Team leadership Quality assurance inspections OSHA and safety compliance Inventory and supply management Training and onboarding Customer and patient service
