- Use your talent for overseeing people and getting things done on time and under budget.
- Use your knowledge and experience to take preventive measures for the protection and comfort of guests, and the safety and security of associates and the asset.
- In the event that rooms do not meet quality standards, room attendant should be sent back to correct any issues and room will not be released until it meets standards of cleanliness and brand requirements.
- Make sure all rooms are punched through the system and not something left for the front desk to do
- Make sure that all rooms are stocked with enough towels to ensure guest satisfaction
- All girls are stripping their own rooms and assisting each other as one team
- Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
- Ensure Hilton Honors Members' rooms, eCheck-in rooms, and VIP's rooms are ready and inspected prior to check-in time and ensure proper amenities are delivered.
- Apply your talent for juggling to plan and get rooms in the system as efficient and quickly as possible and manage special requests for exceptional guest experience.
- Keep a pulse on supplies and expenses, in order to meet or exceed budget goals.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns, attending to guest needs with prompt courtesy.
- Sometimes you may be asked to clean room vacant room (late check-out, emergencies), service a room after Room Attendants have left, etc.
- Able to shift, move, bend, throughout the day.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must not be standing around, wasting time, talking, and using cell phone while attending to the job.
- Maintain regular attendance, be able to work weekends and holidays, be consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
- Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
