Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead the charge in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of sanitation, and motivate your team to maintain a spotless, welcoming environment. Your expertise in hotel housekeeping management and passion for hospitality will drive operational excellence and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including floor cleaning, vacuuming, and sanitation procedures. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement. Implement hotel emergency procedures related to sanitation or safety incidents promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, safety compliance, and staff performance to support continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial experience within hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial practices. Ability to handle chemical agents safely, including chemical handling procedures and understanding SDS documentation. Skilled in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and other industrial tools. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guests and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality industry standards.
