Executive Housekeeper - Private Ranch & EstatePosition Summary The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations across a luxury private ranch and estate, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and guest readiness throughout the property. This leadership role oversees multiple residences, guest accommodations, staff housing, offices, recreational facilities, barns, and support buildings while maintaining a seamless five-star hospitality experience for homeowners and guests. The Executive Housekeeper develops and manages housekeeping systems, supervises and trains staff, establishes quality-control standards, oversees inventories and budgets, and works closely with estate management to anticipate homeowner needs and prepare the property for daily living, special events, and visiting guests. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining luxury hospitality standards. Essential ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Leadership Lead, supervise, coach, train, and evaluate all housekeeping personnel. Create employee schedules while maintaining appropriate staffing levels based on occupancy, events, and seasonal demands. Develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual housekeeping schedules for every residence and estate building. Establish and maintain luxury housekeeping standards and operating procedures. Conduct daily inspections to ensure consistent quality throughout the estate. Lead by example by assisting the housekeeping team whenever necessary. Promote teamwork, accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Estate Housekeeping Operations Oversee housekeeping services throughout all estate properties including but not limited to: Primary Residence Secondary Residence Guest Homes Staff Housing Offices Barns Recreational Buildings Pool House Garages Storage Buildings Additional Estate Structures Responsibilities include: Maintaining all properties in immaculate, guest-ready condition. Coordinating routine cleaning and preventive housekeeping. Managing seasonal deep-cleaning programs. Preparing residences before homeowner arrivals. Restoring residences after departures. Supporting estate events and entertaining. Ensuring every property consistently reflects luxury hospitality standards. Quality Assurance & Property Presentation Perform detailed inspections of all residences and estate facilities. Verify exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout every space. Ensure luxury presentation standards are consistently maintained. Inspect furniture, artwork, flooring, fixtures, windows, mirrors, lighting, and décor. Confirm bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor entertaining spaces are guest-ready. Monitor HVAC systems, lighting, fireplaces, security systems, windows, and doors for proper operation. Report maintenance concerns promptly and follow through until completion. Laundry & Linen Management Oversee all laundry operations throughout the estate. Ensure proper care of luxury linens, bedding, towels, table linens, uniforms, and specialty fabrics. Maintain laundering standards for delicate materials and high-end furnishings. Monitor linen inventory and replacement schedules. Coordinate seasonal linen rotations and specialty cleaning services.
