Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Executive Housekeeper, where you will lead the cleaning and maintenance operations that create a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and staff. This vital role combines leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence. As an energetic and motivated professional, you will oversee housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your expertise in janitorial and industrial cleaning, floor care, and custodial management will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and comfort. Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to maintain cleanliness across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Oversee floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing, waxing, and other industrial cleaning tasks to preserve flooring integrity. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs; address any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality standards to foster a motivated and skilled team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining health and safety regulations. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including janitorial practices, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards of service. Exceptional attention to detail combined with organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations; ability to train staff accordingly. Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and vendors. Passion for hospitality excellence with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
