Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will support the overall management of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help maintain a pristine environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills while contributing to a welcoming and safe atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules and staff coordination Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemical agents Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) Enforce safety protocols related to chemical handling, heavy lifting, manual handling, and industrial cleaning procedures Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services, providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial experience within a hospitality setting Strong knowledge of floor care, vacuuming, sanitation standards, and industrial cleaning techniques Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical agents, and safety data sheets (SDS) for safe handling of chemicals Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Previous experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is preferred Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining immaculate environments through your leadership and expertise. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
