Our company seeks an Office Cleaner to clean and sanitize our commercial building. The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, maintenance, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office. You will work on a team of office cleaners following instructions from your supervisor, and staying on-task is key. at $20.50 per hour,

Location:

Mount Morris, NY Year-round Day Shift options: three weekly Day shifts

• 2.5 hours ( Monday )
• / 2.5 hours (
• Wednesday, )
• / 2.5 hours ( Friday )
• / 7 hours per week full pay even if work is completed before the time allotted. Cleaning will be performed three times weekly
• 8:30 am
• 9 am hard start time
• Schedule time and Location size:
• 8:30 am

• 4500 sq ft three times weekly ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday ) 750 sq ft once weekly ( Monday ) 3250 sq ft once weekly ( Wednesday ) 1000 sq ft once weekly ( Friday )
• Schedule will breakdown as such 5500 sq ft on Friday 7750 sq ft on Wednesday 5250 sq ft on Monday Looking to have same-day interviews immediately!!!
• Must be able to reach Mount Morris, NY
• Must have Housekeeping or similar cleaning experience
• Must have Steam cleaning or Grout work sealing experience
• 1-year minimum
• Office Space.

Recurring Cleaning Staffer description All equipment will be supplied. Ability to lift 40 pounds Hard work is appreciated, and you will be provided with an environment of respect and trust. We are looking to start this week. Must have reliable transportation to site (own car) Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred) A high standard for cleanliness Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Time-management skills Physical stamina Duties include: Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms Sweep, mop, and hardwood floors as needed Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture Dust and polish various surfaces Restock bathrooms with supplies Empty trash bins Keep track of the cleaning schedule
