Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel or industrial cleaning, with exceptional management skills and a keen eye for detail. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through effective housekeeping practices and efficient team management. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and cleanliness. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance to ensure high-quality performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inventory usage, and maintenance requests. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel or industrial cleaning sector. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and cleaning equipment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and staff at all levels. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
