Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nightly commercial cleaning crews, ensuring all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule Lead, motivate, and manage staff to maintain high performance levels while fostering a positive team environment Ensure adherence to safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies during all cleaning activities Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of equipment Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding daily operations, challenges, and progress Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Maintain detailed records of work performed, safety incidents, supplies used, and other operational documentation Experience Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments Strong background in custodial work with expertise in sanitation, janitorial services, or housekeeping management Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques used in large-scale facilities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and workplace safety standards Experience in customer service within a custodial or hospitality setting is advantageous Prior management or team supervision experience in janitorial or sanitation roles is highly preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team during evening hours while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
