Bowling Green, Ohio Home2 Suites by Hilton in Bowling Green is seeking a dependable, organized Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in clean rooms, pays attention to detail, and helps create a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Assign daily room and cleaning duties to housekeeping staff. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards. Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and guest service. Work with the front desk to prioritize rooms and communicate when they are ready. Help clean guest rooms, common areas, and laundry. Monitor linens and cleaning supplies and communicate ordering needs. Report maintenance issues and follow up on guest requests. Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience required. Housekeeping supervisor or team leadership experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to lead by example and work efficiently in a busy hotel. Ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and pushing housekeeping carts. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
