>. This pivotal role involves overseeing environmental and janitorial services, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the highest quality of sanitation for our clients. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional environmental solutions. Responsibilities Lead and manage environmental services operations, including sanitation, cleaning, and custodial activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all projects. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards. Coordinate with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored environmental solutions. Supervise staff, providing training and support to foster a safe and efficient work environment. Monitor operational budgets and optimize resource allocation. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative techniques. Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in environmental services or janitorial management, preferably within federal or private sectors. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop strategic plans for service delivery. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and staff training. Preferred experience with hospital or healthcare environment sanitation. Relevant certifications in environmental management or safety are a plus. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
