Enforce health and safety protocols related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
