Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning operations across various hospitality or commercial facilities. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation practices, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning tasks including general cleaning, industrial cleaning, janitorial services, laundry management, and sanitation efforts across all areas Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and laundry resources to optimize operational efficiency Enforce safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe work environment for all staff Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and leadership skills Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments or clients Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally Experience with laundry operations and janitorial responsibilities preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Join us in creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions! Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
