Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness in all areas of the property. Oversees the work of the housekeeping staff, assigning tasks to employees, and makes cleaning suggestions to help improve service. Proposes and assists in the resolution of guest complaints regarding cleanliness. The Executive Housekeeper trains new employees and ensures work schedules are coordinated. Responsibilities Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments Assign housekeeping staff their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness Schedule adequate staff according to hotel occupancy Assist with training new employees in accordance with the hotel's policies Advise employees of new company policies and ensures compliance Organize staff meetings to inform employees on new policy changes or company update Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain record of employees' work hours to calculate payroll checks Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Order cleaning supplies and maintain an adequate inventory of essential supplies
