Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facility spaces using industrial cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure sanitation standards are met. Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and guest clothing with attention to quality and efficiency. Supervise housekeeping staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training on cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation management. Oversee custodial activities to maintain cleanliness throughout the property while adhering to safety regulations and sanitation standards. Greet guests at the front desk with professionalism and warmth; handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; implement cleaning & sanitation management practices across all areas. Lead team meetings to foster effective communication, motivate staff, and promote a culture of excellence in hospitality service. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles with a focus on sanitation and safety regulations. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within hospitality or cleaning services environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial interactions and customer engagement at the front desk. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and sanitation best practices in hospitality settings. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in hospitality management or housekeeping supervision is highly desirable.
