Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including deep cleans, laundry operations, and specialized sanitation projects. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure proper usage to optimize resources. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in sanitation practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervisory or managerial experience in a team supervision setting. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and sanitation standards applicable to industrial or hospitality environments.
