Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management , with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is critical in upholding the quality and reputation of our facility, making it a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards of cleanliness and service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping needs for events or special occasions. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including staff schedules, supply orders, and inspection reports. Requirements Proficient in English and Spanish. Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning processes, and custodial best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
