•Woodland Hills is looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team! We are an 85-room extended-stay hotel , and we're looking for someone who takes pride in a clean hotel, knows how to lead a team, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

What You'll Be Doing Lead and motivate the housekeeping and laundry team Create daily room assignments and help keep the department organized Inspect guest rooms and make sure they're clean and guest-ready Train and coach housekeeping team members Manage housekeeping schedules and daily staffing needs Keep track of linens, supplies, and housekeeping inventory Make sure housekeeping closets, carts, laundry, and storage areas stay organized Communicate maintenance issues quickly Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams Help with rooms and laundry when the team needs an extra hand Maintain Staybridge Suites/IHG cleanliness and brand standards Help us continue improving our guest cleanliness scores We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Has hotel housekeeping experience Has previous housekeeping leadership/supervisory experience preferred Has a great eye for detail — you notice the things other people miss! Is reliable, organized, and able to manage a busy day Can hold their team accountable while still being supportive Has a positive attitude and communicates well Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team Understands that in hotels, TEAMWORK is everything! Can work weekends and holidays as needed What Matters Most to Us We don't need someone who wants to sit in an office all day. We need a hands-on leader who can walk into a room and immediately notice what needs attention, who takes pride in their department, and who wants their housekeeping team to succeed.
