Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial teams at the Ashland Hills Hotel in Ashland, Oregon . In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across our properties. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold hospitality excellence, and maintain a safe environment for guests and employees alike. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with sanitation standards and safety regulations. Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals. Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness quality and compliance with health standards. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, laundry services, and janitorial equipment. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and motivation. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation practices, industrial cleaning procedures, and safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Experience managing janitorial operations including laundry services and sanitation management. Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on team supervision and leadership in fast-paced settings.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
