We are seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at a premier luxury resort featuring an exclusive collection of hotel accommodations and vacation homes in the heart of Oregon. About the Role As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations across our luxury hotel and private residences, ensuring every guest enjoys an immaculate, welcoming, and memorable stay. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations for hotel guest rooms, suites, public areas, and luxury vacation homes. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate housekeeping team members. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality assurance and brand standards are consistently met. Coordinate room readiness with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments. Monitor inventory levels and manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment. Develop efficient staffing schedules while controlling labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery situations. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Experience managing multiple property types, including hotels and vacation homes, is highly desirable. Proficiency with hotel property management and housekeeping software is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
