We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott Newberg! $500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment.

Housekeeper Description:

Hard-working individual who will embody our core values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our rooms and managing the housekeeping team. Observe established policies and procedures. Create a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring rooms are clean and cared for.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and motivate the housekeeping team to provide clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, scheduling, and departmental priorities. Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Fairfield by Marriott cleanliness and brand standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members. Manage department scheduling and staffing based on occupancy and business needs while monitoring labor and productivity. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other housekeeping supplies. Coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to communicate room status, maintenance needs, and guest requests. Address housekeeping-related guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain department safety, sanitation, chemical handling, lost-and-found, and other housekeeping procedures. Support deep cleaning, preventative maintenance, and other projects to maintain the overall condition and appearance of the hotel.

Previous leadership experience Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Exceptional customer service Hotel experience preferred (but not required)
