Job Summary:

Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor/Housekeeper Comfort Inn is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor/Housekeeper to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This dual-role position includes performing routine housekeeping tasks while supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will take initiative, lead by example, and contribute to a clean, comfortable environment for all guests. Duties Assist in supervising housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and consistency across guest rooms and public areas. Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies. Help train and mentor housekeeping team members to maintain brand and safety standards. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience required; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
