Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals

Qualifications:

Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
