Plus, a few generous raffles thrown in for good measure. Role Description The commitment that we make to our guests is that every aspect of their stay with us will be clean and comfortable. With that commitment, our housekeeping department has some of the hardest working and vital team members at Brasada. We take pride in all of the spaces that we share with our guests, and our team puts every effort to maintain a goal of utmost cleanliness at all times. The purpose of this position is to ensure the cleanliness of rooms. The Inspector position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. General Responsibilities Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting. Reviews daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures. Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day. Performs quality inspections to meet required standards within set time limits. Call back housekeepers for any corrections and follow-up once complete. Comply with all resort safety guidelines. Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned. Skills/Traits 1-2 years of professional housekeeping and customer service and inspection experience required. Strong organizational skills required. Must have attention to detail. Be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly Ability to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks. Frequent standing and walking Must be eligible to drive company vehicles (21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, pass MVR record check).
