This role is responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are consistently met.
Attendance Incentive:
We offer a $250 incentive for associates who complete 90 days with no call-outs or unexcused absences. We value consistency and reward team members who demonstrate strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure hotel standards are met Check for cleanliness, supplies, amenities, and overall room presentation Report any missed areas, maintenance issues, or damages to the appropriate departments Assist housekeeping team members with quality control and room readiness Monitor public areas as assigned for cleanliness and organization Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings clearly
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with housekeeping staff and management Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
