Role:

As an EVS Director at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Environmental Services department. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

This includes:

Overseeing the EVS team : Manage and direct a team of EVS staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery. Developing and implementing policies : Create and implement policies and procedures for EVS operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Maintaining high standards : Ensure that our facility meets or exceeds state and federal regulations for cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental health. Coordinating special projects : Plan and execute special projects, such as infection control initiatives and disaster preparedness, in collaboration with other departments. Collaborating with facilities management : Work closely with our facilities management team to ensure that our building is well-maintained and up-to-date.
