Location CY Pittsburgh - 40 - Rooms About the opportunity The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and performance of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the hotel. What you'll get to do
- Lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.
- Establish, implement, and maintain luxury cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
- Develop staffing plans, schedules, and labor controls to align with business needs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping leadership and team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to standards. Skills and Experience
- Extensive housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, labor management, and quality control.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate large teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, inspections, and guest feedback to drive results.
- Proficiency with housekeeping systems and reporting tools.
