Duties Manage daily housekeeping operations, including supervising cleaning staff and coordinating schedules to ensure timely service delivery. Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and specialized areas such as kitchens or industrial zones when applicable. Implement and maintain rigorous cleaning procedures using industry-standard methods for floor care, sanitation, and odor control. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly. Train and motivate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinate procurement as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to sanitation and workplace safety. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventories and schedules. Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly.
