Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning and sanitation procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations Oversee daily cleaning operations across all areas, ensuring adherence to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols Manage industrial cleaning projects, including deep cleans for large-scale facilities or specialized environments such as kitchens or laundry areas Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate with other departments to meet guest or client needs promptly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, safety inspections, staff training sessions, and incident reports Enforce safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety to protect staff and visitors Experience Proven managerial experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial practices, and sanitation management Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong understanding of safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety procedures Experience managing laundry operations and specialized cleaning tasks such as hospitality or healthcare environments Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Prior experience in team supervision with a focus on leadership development and operational efficiency Join us in creating spotless environments where excellence in cleanliness meets outstanding service!
