Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and well knowledgeable Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, with a focus on ensuring that all areas meet our quality expectations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff to achieve operational goals. Able to clean rooms on a daily basis and help in all areas of HSKP. Breakfast, Rooms, Laundry Etc. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct daily inspections of facilities/rooms to ensure compliance with our company standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff use. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak times. Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory usage. Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, particularly in housekeeping services. Strong knowledge in cleaning procedures Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
