Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations across all areas of the facility. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards aligned with safety regulations and sanitation best practices. Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including janitorial services, laundry management, and specialized sanitation procedures. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to promote a high-performance team environment. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations. Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example. Experience in industrial cleaning environments or large-scale facility maintenance is highly desirable. Exceptional managerial communication skills to coordinate teams, provide feedback, and ensure clear understanding of expectations. Background in customer service-oriented roles with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards in hospitality or similar settings. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
