Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will support the housekeeping management team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all guest areas. Responsibilities Assist in supervising housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout the property Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, including industrial cleaning and commercial janitorial tasks, to optimize efficiency and quality Support staff training on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures Monitor and inspect guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and custodial spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards Address guest inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment while managing team performance and fostering a positive work culture Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations within a hospitality or industrial setting Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision and staff management Excellent communication skills to effectively manage team members and interact with guests Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with laundry operations and janitorial services is preferred A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and adherence to health standards Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding cleanliness and guest experiences!
