Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources and reduce waste. Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, address deficiencies promptly, and uphold sanitation standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues swiftly. Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and hazardous material handling to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in commercial cleaning and sanitation management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that motivate staff toward high performance. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety regulations, and janitorial best practices. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Experience in laundry operations is preferred but not required.
